Retur & Klagomål
If you regret your purchase or any product from your order, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving the products in question, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act. You are responsible for the return cost yourself. In order for your return to be approved, the product must be unbroken, unused and contained in original packaging. Opened or used products are not withdrawn for hygienic reasons. In this way, we can guarantee that all our customers buy a pristine and fresh product.
According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have 14 days to return the product in question.The time of the return is counted from the date you sent the package as return. Once we have received your return and assessed that the product is in substantially unchanged condition, we will refund you within 14 days and notify you by email that the matter is closed. Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used in the purchase.
For goods purchased between November and December, you as a customer will receive an extended right of withdrawal and exchange until.m January 14th. Under the same conditions as above and on presentation of a receipt/packing slip.

If you have cancelled your purchase and have an unbroken package, you can make a return.
- To make a return, fill out the following return form.
- Please email the return form to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
- Package well and submit your return package at any carrier's shipping location. You are responsible for the return shipping.
- Once we have received your return and assessed that the product is in substantially unchanged condition, we will refund you within 14 days, and notify you by email that the return has been processed.
You as a customer are responsible for the risk of a return, which includes, among other things, the risk of the product being damaged or lost during shipping back to us. Package well.
For unclaimed packages, we charge an administrative fee of up to 250 SEK.
If you want to complain about a product due to a defect, please contact us at email@example.com and describe the reason for the complaint. Please note that we do not have a "customer satisfaction guarantee". This means that we do not accept returns/complaints for products that you have used but that do not meet your expectations.

As a customer, you are responsible for the product until it is received by our return department, which includes, among other things, the risk of the product being damaged or lost during shipping back to us. Package well.
Terms and conditions of purchase and warranty
If you wish to make a complaint about a product, please let us know at email@example.com. Any defect in a product must be reported as soon as possible or as soon as the defect should have been detected, within a reasonable time (2 months).
EYRACURE AB has no obligation to repair or replace products that are not accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
EYRACURE AB offers all electrical products with a 2-year warranty and a 3-year right of complaint according to the Consumer Sales Act and all warranties are valid in Sweden. EYRACURE AB will then bear the costs of the complaint if the damage is considered to be a manufacturing defect.
The warranty does not apply:
- If the product has been subjected to an accident or external influence.
- Improper or abnormal use of the product.
- Defect of the product as a result of natural wear.
- Failure of the product due to the operating and maintenance instructions has not been followed.
- Defects in the product due to the use of accessories and spare parts that are not original EYRACURE AB parts.
- Product subject to modification or alteration.
- Product submitted in whole or in part dismantled.
A manufacturing defect is legally detected within 6 months. A defect such as a short circuit does not count as such a defect. In order for EYRACURE AB to be liable for the defect in the product, the defect must be original, i.e. it must have existed when you purchased the product (manufacturing defect). Defects that appear within 6 months are always considered original defects, which EYRACURE AB will rectify at no cost to you. If it is not a manufacturing defect, EYRACURE AB will help you to repair the product, but will not bear the costs.
EYRACURE AB does not accept responsibility for defects caused by damage, wear or neglect. Such product defects include, for example, torn cords and cracks in the product.
Warranty and right of complaint apply only on presentation of a receipt. In case of an approved complaint, we are responsible for any costs such as shipping fees and refunds using the same payment method that was used for purchases.
According to the Consumer Sales Act, it is not possible to complain about an item in case of dissatisfaction as we do not have a guarantee of satisfaction.
