Prices and payment

Each item is stated with price including VAT. At the checkout you can see the total price including VAT, any fees and deducted discounts.

Ordering and paying via eyracure.com is safe and easy. We provide the following payment options in Sweden:

  1. Direct payment via your Internet bank: Handelsbanken, Nordea, SEB or Swedbank
  2. Card payment with VISA or MasterCard
  3. Apple Pay and Google Pay
  4. Klarna Direct and Klarna Invoice

Each completed and approved order automatically generates an order confirmation. The most common reason for not receiving an order confirmation is that in connection with the order you have accidentally stated an incorrect email address or that the order confirmation has automatically been sorted under Spam.

1. Direct payment

Eyracure.com offers secure direct payment via your Internet bank, for you who are a customer of Handelsbanken, Nordea, SEB, or Swedbank. Upon payment, you are automatically locked to your internet bank where you log in the usual way. The money is then deducted directly from your bank account in connection with you approving the transaction.

2. Card payment

You can always feel confident in shopping with Swedish cards issued by VISA or MasterCard on Eyracure.com. We cooperate with DIBS Payment Services, which is the Nordic region's leading provider of payment services via the Internet and certified according to the card industry's new stricter security requirements PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). When you pay by card, you are forwarded to a secure page with SSL certificates at DIBS Payment Services, where you safely fill in your card details and complete the payment. Once the payment has been approved, you will be late back to Eyracure.com where you will receive a confirmation that your purchase has been completed. The amount is reserved in connection with the order and is only charged when the order has been delivered from our warehouse.

3. Klarna

You can choose to pay your invoice through Klarna invoice or Klarna account. You pay after you receive the goods and do not have to provide any credit card information.

If you choose one of these payment methods, you must provide your social security number. The delivery address must be the same as your registered address to confirm that the customer is the same person it claims to be.

Klarna invoice. Buy now and pay within 14 days. Klarna sends the invoice to your e-mail.

Klarna is only available in the following countries:

  • Austria
  • Germany
  • Sweden

4. Apple Pay and Google Pay

Shipping and deliveries

Agents in smaller towns sometimes have limited delivery which can affect the delivery time. Below is a list of the shipping methods that Eyracure offers. Please note that in addition to the delivery times stated here in the terms, the time for handling in our warehouse is 1-2 days. All time indications refer to non-holiday weekdays. At checkout, there is an estimated delivery date for each shipping method. This date is an estimated date, and we can't guarantee it. Keep in mind that at e.g. Christmas shopping can cause delays.

Consignment note 1st class

This shipping method is only available if the products in the shopping cart are of such a nature that they are suitable for consignment notes. Delivered to mailbox / letter box or postal agent. When delivering to a postal agent, notification may sometimes be reasserted. Contact your postal agent and bring a parcel ID. Delivery time 2 - 4 days.

PostNord

Traceable shipping. Opportunity to choose a delivery point. Delivery time 2 - 5 days.

As soon as your shipment has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email, containing the package number and tracking link. Each completed and approved order automatically generates an order confirmation. The most common reason for order confirmations and delivery notices is that in connection with the order, you have accidentally stated an incorrect email address. Feel free to check the spam for safety

NOTE! Remember to pick up your package on time. If the package comes back to us as an unredeemed package, we reserve the right to invoice you a fee of SEK 250 to cover fees and administrative expenses.
