Use the following return form to make a return. You are responsible for the return cost. In order for your return to be approved, the product must be unbroken, unused and in the original packaging. You as a customer are responsible for the risk of return shipping, which includes the risk of the product being damaged or lost during shipping back to us. Pack well.

According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have 14 days to return the product in question. The time for the return is calculated from the date you sent the package as a return. When we have received your return and made the assessment that the product is in a substantially unchanged condition, we will refund you within 14 days, and notify you by email that the case is closed. Repayment is made with the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

For goods purchased during the period November-December, you as a customer receive an extended right of withdrawal and exchange up to and including January 14th. Under the same conditions as above and on presentation of a receipt / delivery note.

Hénsus AB has no obligation to repair or replace products that are not accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Eyracure markets all electrical items with a 2-year warranty and a 3-year right of complaint according to the Consumer Purchase Act and all warranties apply in Sweden. Eyracure is then responsible for complaint costs if the damage is considered a manufacturing defect.

The guarantee does not apply to:

  • If the product has been exposed to an accident or external influence.
  • Improper or abnormal use of the product.
  • Defective product due to natural wear and tear.
  • Product defects due to operating and maintenance instructions not followed.
  • Defects in the product due to the use of accessories and spare parts that are not Hénsus AB's original parts.
  • Product that has been subjected to modification or extension / conversion.
  • Product that is sent in completely or partially disassembled.

A manufacturing defect is discovered by law within 6 months. A defect such as a short circuit is not counted as such a fault. In order for Eyracure to be responsible for the defect in the product, it is required that the defect is original, ie that it already existed when you bought the product (manufacturing defects). Errors that appear within 6 months are always considered original errors, which Eyracure fixes at no cost to you. If it is not a manufacturing defect, the right of complaint means that Eyracure helps you repair the product, but does not cover the costs.

Eyracure does not take responsibility for errors that have arisen due to damage, wear and tear or negligence. Such product defects include, for example, a torn cord and cracks in the product.

Warranty and right of complaint only apply upon presentation of a receipt. In the event of an approved complaint, we are responsible for any costs such as shipping fees and refunds with the same payment method that was used for purchases.

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, it is not possible to complain about a product in the event of dissatisfaction as we do not have a satisfaction guarantee. In the event of a dispute, we follow the General Complaints Board's (ARN) recommendations. You will find a link to the EU's common dispute resolution page here.
