Errors that appear within 6 months are always considered original errors, which Eyracure fixes at no cost to you. If it is not a manufacturing defect, the right of complaint means that Eyracure helps you repair the product, but does not cover the costs.
Eyracure does not take responsibility for errors that have arisen due to damage, wear and tear or negligence. Such product defects include, for example, a torn cord and cracks in the product.
Warranty and right of complaint only apply upon presentation of a receipt. In the event of an approved complaint, we are responsible for any costs such as shipping fees and refunds with the same payment method that was used for purchases.
