Agents in smaller towns sometimes have limited delivery which can affect the delivery time. Below is a list of the shipping methods that Eyracure offers. Please note that in addition to the delivery times stated here in the terms, the time for handling in our warehouse is 1-2 days. All time indications refer to non-holiday weekdays. At checkout, there is an estimated delivery date for each shipping method. This date is an estimated date, and we can not guarantee it. Keep in mind that at e.g. Christmas shopping can cause delays.
As soon as your shipment has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email, containing the package number and tracking link. Each completed and approved order automatically generates an order confirmation. The most common reason for order confirmations and delivery notices is that in connection with the order, you have accidentally stated an incorrect email address. Feel free to check the spam for safety.
NOTE! Remember to pick up your package on time. If the package comes back to us as an unredeemed package, we reserve the right to invoice you a fee of SEK 250 to cover fees and administrative expenses.
